An unmissable Megevan institution, Le Vieux Megève, located in a large old traditional wooden farmhouse in the heart of the village, is one of the gourmet addresses orchestrated by the Sibuet family. The family spirit, conviviality and authenticity are values that are inseparable from the Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet. In this typical, rustic mountain setting, you'll enjoy generous, family-style cuisine, with Savoyard specialities prepared according to the rules of the art: essential Savoyard fondue, including one with porcini mushrooms, or fondue bourguignonne, Pela des Aravis, Berthoud, Boîte Chaude (and its melting vacherin), raclette of course, onion soup or crème brûlée with Génépi, sorbets and blueberry tarts in summer. As an added bonus, there's also a fine list of delicious Savoy wines. And when it's time for the coffee push, the evening continues to the sound of the accordion, in an atmosphere of good-natured Savoyard folklore!
