A passionate gourmet, Raphaële Marchal has been delighting food lovers for a decade. From her successful blog "En Rang d'Oignons", now on Instagram, to her books and written or TV columns, she shares her good addresses and her sharp eye: William à Midi on C8, new Food Trips, indispensable city guides curated by her, right up to a TV show in the US, "Sweet Paris", on The Food Network. Among a host of other projects, festivals, film shoots... She's a firm believer in Les Fermes de Marie, where she loves to come to recharge her batteries, and she's delighted to share her portrait with us.

If Les Fermes de Marie were...

Three words: charm, sweetness, delight.

One color: white.

One season: winter.

One room: a small alpine chalet.

A view: the view from Alpage des Fermes!

A taste: Fermes de Marie infusion, with aniseed and licorice.

One dish: Raclette des Fermes.

A sweet treat: crème caramel for breakfast.

A special moment of the day: the morning cappuccino on the terrace before skiing.

A fragrance: edelweiss monoï from Pure Altitude.

A skincare product: Pure Altitude shampoo, which I can't get rid of.

An emotion: simply happiness.

A place: l'Épicerie des Fermes, a little corner of paradise.

I'll confide in you: my little pleasure here is laziness.

One memory: the gargantuan lunch at Alpage des Fermes, facing this unreal view. It was magical.
