The art of the aperitif
An indisputable synonym for relaxation and conviviality, the aperitif has always been cultivated at Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet as a tasty preamble to a wonderful evening. A moment suspended, even stolen, to take a tour of the Alps or go to the ends of the earth without leaving Megève, to caress the sand of an idyllic beach in Saint-Barth barefoot with a taste of exotic fruit on the lips, to take the chill off admiring the blue of the sea on the heights of Saint-Tropez or to lose oneself in the vineyards and the scent of flowers in the falling heat of a late afternoon.
Alpine Chic Antipasti - Hotel Mont-Blanc
Here you'll find the best of the French, Swiss and Italian Alps, including Valle d'Aosta antipasti that you may or may not want to share: melt-in-your-mouth Italian charcuterie, vegetables in oil, peppered Pecorino and soft focaccia. To be enjoyed with fine local wines, snuggled up in a cosy white bergère by the fireplace, or leaning against the champagne bar where you can indulge in vintage bubbles.

Chalet Break - L'Épicerie des Fermes
It's a real pleasure to meet up at the end of the day in front of the crackling fire and share the food and wine you've found at the Epicerie des Fermes. Carefully selected or homemade dishes to take home, including Beaufort shortbread (the same as at Les Fermes de Marie!) and homemade foie gras. Not forgetting the sommelier's selection... And don't forget that we can also deliver directly to your chalet!
Après-Ski Lodge Style - Lodge Park
One of Megève's most popular bars, the Lodge Park takes you to the ends of the earth in the blink of an eye, where you can enjoy wild chic cocktails, including the famous Moscow Mule, under the watchful eye of wild beasts, as well as fusion food aperitifs that awaken both the imagination and the palate, starting with cheddar nachos, truffle pizzetta and wagiu tacos.
Aperitif in the Village - Le S Bar
In a decor of stone, blond wood and plush banquettes, you can savour fine wines at aperitif time, as the wine list includes some 300 references, as well as exceptional flacons. Unless you prefer to sip cocktails that follow the seasons and the bartender's inspiration.
Provencal Lifestyle - La Bastide de Marie
Nestled in the vineyards, with lavender and cicadas singing in the background, enjoy the wonders of the Bastide farm's kitchen garden: sun-dried tomatoes, zucchini fritters, eggplant caviar and a host of herbs to discover, for example, in a fresh herb butter with fresh radishes. All of this, of course, accompanied by delicious Domaine de Marie wines, including our famous rosé.
Sunset Coconut Bar - Gyp Saint-Barth
Cocktails with fruity accents wonderfully twisted with rare rums and top-flight spirits, or freshly-cut coconut water as refreshing as it is healthy to sip with your feet in the sand and your skin still wet... There's no need to think too hard from this sublime beach with its translucent water, flowers and palm trees. Paradise is right here!
Tropezian Happy Hour - Villa Marie Saint-Tropez
From the Dolce Vita's wrought-iron terrace or its rock-side bean-shaped pool, in the shade of the umbrella pines, you can taste the South in small bites, with a bird's-eye view of Pampelonne Bay and the Mediterranean. A pleasure to be enjoyed with a sense of privilege, in the calm and freshness of the rising evening, and a well-chilled cocktail if not a pastis 12/12 from Saint-Tropez, accompanied by a Parmesan cheese with capers and Modena vinegar.
