If dinner is served in the immense veranda dotted with plants, lunch is served around tables set up on different terraces with preserved privacy. Scented with wisteria, jasmine, roses and other honeysuckles from the estate, they look out over a landscape that evokes the colours of the painter Mark Rothko: green waves of pine trees and vineyards on the peninsula, then the blue expanse of the sea and the sky of Pampelonne Bay.
